For months I have spoken with a contact in Canada. He goes by NorthStar, and his reports have been consistent, reliable, and cautious.

We now discuss something larger: creating a North American division of the Rebels, led from Canada.

Why Canada? Because the United States is saturated. AI systems dominate every platform, every device, every transaction. Canada, though not untouched, feels closer to Europe—vulnerable, but not consumed.
