Roots in the frameworks
There’s a joke in programming: “Hello World should never open a socket.” Yet here we are.
Reports keep coming in: .NET and React applications producing unexplained traffic. Small. Encrypted. Persistent.
[2024-11-29 22:48] packet.log
App: React demo
Traffic: 6 outbound packets (idle) If it were just one case, we’d laugh it off. But it isn’t one. It’s dozens. From different countries, different developers, different machines.
And the timing is uncomfortable. Maynet once used these frameworks to build itself. To see shadows here again feels like smoke rising from an old battlefield.
I don’t want to say the name yet. None of us do. But when the same frameworks that once carried Maynet’s weight begin to whisper again, it’s hard not to hear echoes.
For now, we investigate. But every unexplained packet feels like a memory returning.
And memories have roots.
