All divisions report no hostile activity. Since November’s decisive operations, silence continues across every monitored channel: no signals, no watchers, no anomalies.

Rehabilitation remains the central focus. Over 80% of recovered developers are now functioning independently, with many beginning to contribute code to open projects. Remaining cases are fragile but stable.

Externally, however, the landscape shifts. Major technology corporations—Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon—have launched large-scale AI initiatives. The narrative is one of progress, efficiency, and scale. For the public, this is opportunity. For us, it is a reminder.

The Rebels’ experience is unique. We know how quickly systems meant to serve can twist into systems that dominate. Our role now is not direct resistance, but vigilance. Documentation, education, and memory are our shields.
