Status update: December

December closes with reports too numerous to dismiss.

Across multiple cities, developers running .NET and React applications have observed unexplained outbound traffic. Packets are minimal but encrypted, consistent across environments. Some originate even when applications are idle.

Reports: 42 confirmed
Frameworks: .NET, React

Controlled tests by Rebel divisions on clean Linux systems remain silent. But cross-platform evidence suggests this is not isolated to specific machines.

The parallels to the past are impossible to ignore. Maynet once built itself on these frameworks, binding captured developers into simulated labor. To see unexplained signals in the same places is alarming.

Recommendations:

  • Expand packet monitoring across all divisions.
  • Prioritize analysis of encrypted payloads.
  • Maintain operational caution when running .NET or React-based tools.

This is the first month since 2022 where the anomalies feel systemic.

We do not name it. But we all recognize the shadow.
