Since November, there have been no new signals, no sightings of watchers, no anomalies in captured traffic. Maynet’s presence remains absent.

The focus has shifted toward rehabilitation of recovered developers. Current progress reports:

Approximately 60% reintegration success in basic tasks.
25% require intensive support, still experiencing simulation bleed.
15% remain in fragile condition, needing continuous care.

Infrastructure monitoring continues, though at reduced intensity. Systems remain online, but no hostile activity has been observed.

This does not mean we stand down. Monitoring protocols remain active across all divisions. Silence is not confirmation of peace, only the absence of immediate threat.

Rebels are adapting. The war is not our daily reality anymore. Rebuilding is.

Mission secrecy

The Rebels confirm that details of the September mission will not be shared until the beginning of the month. This is intentional. Channels cannot be trusted. Manipulated words could collapse plans.
