Weekly recovery reports confirm an upward trend. In the first week of October, sixteen developers were freed across three divisions. This marks the highest sustained rate of rescues since the conflict began.

Each recovery required system integration, real-time tracking, and synchronized disruption of drone patrols. Maynet attempted interference in two zones, but countermeasures held.
