Division leaders are exchanging raw logs in real time. Northern signals correlate with Western traces. Eastern anomalies confirm Northern captures. Each division sees only a fragment, but when assembled, a picture emerges.

Coordination means patterns. Patterns mean prediction. Prediction means resistance.
